How long are Yoga & Pilates sessions?

Our 121 sessions can be tailored to suit your needs but they’re typically 55 minutes. But don’t worry, if 30 minutes is all you can do, you can still build strength and gain flexibility in that time, provided it’s a regular session - just let me know what you need and what you can do.

Do I need to have prior experience to book?

No, not at all. As we only offer 121 sessions we can tailor make a timetable that suits your goals, ability and time frame. And no experience is needed to come and join the Stepping Stone program, Just book a consultation in with me and we’ll get you on your way! .

What equipment or props will I need for my individual session?

You are welcome to use your own equipment or I can provide you with what you need to get started. Working out with me is simple and I will guide you through each exercise and adapt exercises to suit.

What should I wear to my personal Yoga & Pilates session?

There are no set rules! The important thing is that you feel comfortable so wear what makes you happy but clothing that you can move and flex in.

I have health condition, can you advise?

Your safety and comfort is a top priority. Please inform me of any concerns or limitations before we start so that I can offer modifications and ensure a positive experience for you. I always hold a 121 consultation session before we kick off so I can understand your exact requirements.
