If you're looking for a gentle routine to kick-start your fitness or are training for a triathlon, marathon or specific event where your goal is to gain muscle or become lean for speed, I'll tailor a programme to match your goals... and be with you every step of the way to help you get there.

I specialise in developing 121 personal training programmes and offer a range of strength, core and flexibility practices including Yoga and Pilates. I also design pre-or post-natal work outs and create rehab programmes targeting injuries and supporting illness at every stage.

My clients will testify that with me, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work with all age groups and opportunities, including delivering classes in primary schools and supporting local council-run programmes for teenagers. I also design corporate wellness events and love to take on any fitness challenge so that everyone can take a step towards a healthier, fitter version of themselves.

A keen runner, cyclist, swimmer and all-round race fanatic, I love nothing more than to set a goal - however big or small - and smash it.
